WE WILL WALK AGAIN (WWWA)
is the New Zealand fundraising arm of the Spinal Cord Society of New Zealand to help paralysed New Zealanders to walk again.
Established as recently as 2008, WWWA will build on progress now being made throughout the world in the repair of spinal cord damage:
So it can be available early to New Zealanders who wish to take advantage of the treatment
To assist local medical researchers to contribute to the international effort of progressive improvements in results.
What does WWWA need?
We need Funding.
This funding will be administered openly by a respected Board of Trustees.
No more than 15 percent of any funds raised will be used as cost of fund raising. Some professional services are needed but we also receive some voluntary support
The legal structure of our organisation requires full accounts to be lodged annually with the Government. These will also be lodged on the website for all supporters to inspect.
